Finally we have set sails again. We are having dinner on the way with the last day light before the night is settling in. Lutz is starting with the late shift until midnight; Gabi takes over till 4.30 a.m., than Lutz again... It feels so good moving again to an unknown place, getting the fresh cool breeze of the wind and keeps the boat going, just with the sails up.

At the afternoon we fix SuAn on a mooring boy at the west coast of West Caicos. This is the most western island of the totally 40 islands of the Turks and Caicos. As the name says, the water around the islands is turquoise because of the reef coming out of 4000 feet. And this is the place where we fixed our boat today. The water beneath us is just 36 feet and drops to 2000 feet.

The island´s coast does not look inviting with its rocks everywhere and we don´t see any settlement. Customs clearance is on a different island. So we decide to stay on board and catch some more sleep.
